Apple iPhone

The Apple iPhone ($499-$599; June) combines a mobile phone, widescreen iPod, and mini-computer. It sports a 3.5-inch touchscreen display (no buttons!), a 2 megapixel camera, and runs a scaled down, finger-controlled version of Mac OS X. In addition to unbelievable calling features, the phone offers full iPod music and video playing capability as well as slick email and web browsing. Add in Google Maps and WiFi or GSM (Cingular) connectivity, and you've got a phone that's light years ahead of anything Motorola or Nokia have on the shelves.
